1) Contract

These conditions govern all reserves with Peru Premium (the Company), whose registered office is located at Calle Los Halcones 118 – San Isidro. Anything else (for example, air tickets, air tickets and accommodation booked at different times or just one cruise) constitutes “other vacation arrangements”, which the Company performs as a booking agent, being its contract with the provider (s) the airline or hotel provider) in question.

No contract between you and the Company will become effective until the Company accepts the full payment and issues a confirmation invoice. All contracts with the Company and all matters arising from them are subject to Irish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. The person making the reservation accepts these conditions on behalf of all the members of the party and is responsible for all payments owed by the party.

2) Payment by credit / debit card

A deposit is required for all products at the time of booking. In the event that the Company can not obtain confirmation and can not offer an alternative, a refund will be issued.
The Company will not accept responsibility for the cash sent through the mail. Taxes fluctuate according to the exchange rates and will be recalculated on the day the final balance payments are collected. You will be informed if additional funds are due.

The payment of reservation requests made on the website can be made by Visa, Mastercard. The Company reserves the right to charge you, in addition to any handling fees incurred by us in relation to reservations made with a credit card.

3. Alterations and cancellations on your part:

(a) Alteration: any alteration will be treated as a cancellation and change of reservation and the cancellation charges established in paragraph (b) below will be payable.
(b) Cancellation: You or any member of your group can cancel your reservation at any time as long as the person making the reservation cancels and communicates it to us in writing.
Some airline tickets are non-refundable, but can be modified by a change fee, plus any applicable penalty. Some airlines do not allow changes. Keep in mind that most airlines do not reimburse partially used tickets. Tickets that are returned more than 1 year from the date of issuance are classified as expired tickets and must be sent to the airline for reimbursement. If you wish to cancel your hotel room, contact us immediately. It is essential to include your reservation number, registered email address and details of your cancellation.
